About me
Nice to meet you! My name is Jahlen Grant-King and I'm a Graphic Designer. My Graphic Design career started in 2014 while I attended a STEM high school. I had to privilege to explore the graphic design world early on and learn about the interdisciplinary nature of the industry. Later on, I was invited to complete a program internship where I worked on "freelance" projects and competed in competitions.
For college, I attended the Savannah College of Art and Design where I got my BFA in Graphic Design. During my 3 years at SCAD, I had the opportunity to complete 3 marketing internships, 2 collaboration projects, and compete in more design competitions.
My goal is to design with purpose- at the end of the day, I want my designs to feel as though they are the solutions to undiscovered problems. While my execution style might be clean and restrained, behind the scenes my thoughts run wild and my ideation feels untamable.
